I just sold ten puts, five for Aug. 70s and five for Oct. 70s. If the stock is put to me at those prices it would reflect a trailing twelve month P/E of about 28, or so, depending on this quarter's earnings. I can't believe I will see the stock on Aug. 19 at that price with all the good news, the conf. call, the upgrades or reiterated strong buys...all to come in the next four weeks.

We'll see.

Intc a hold he says. Prospects good but stock pricy. He questioned amount of r&d they said they were doing in 2nd half as too much, perhaps even in error. Some confusion because of upcoming split.

Take a look at the Bob Brinker thread, particularly the posts of Justa Werkenstiff who heads the thread and has so far called the chip selloff back in june. He claims stocks have peaked even if there are 2 years left in the cycle. It makes for interesting arguments.
