FDKP update from RB poster.I hope we make some money on this one james.I only own 2,100.
I tried to buy more at 1.4375 but no fill.
Any way if it goes up i make money, and if it goes down on the 2,100 shares my risk is not that big.I will just master my average down and get out safe with profit. So no sweat here James.
Man do i love the challenge, and can not wait
for Monday on FDKP and lets not forget JPEI.
Made my money back on JPEI that i had lost before
and now i am ready to make the profits on it.

I spoke with Mr. Fox of FDPK and he said that IR will answer all
questions concerning the liquidity issue etc. I was very impressed
with Mr. Fox as he called me back Friday late afternoon. He
mentioned they are one of the only companies in their field that are
fully reporting. They do everything by the book. Now, I was in SBID
and was told by Ron Roster(CEO) that the split would be at least
7:1........that is not professional, because that was insider
information, which happened to be false, which killed the stock when
it announced a meager 2:1.

Back to FDKP---I asked him about the earnings coming up and he
mentioned that they are very good and will be out before 8/15. I am
happy with FDKP at the present time and will be adding if the MM's
do there manipulation game like always. Hold for the record date
IMO and keep some for the post split because it sound s like we
might have a good long term winner here.

Jim my DD on CLYC from TGL keeps showing up on RB. Does that mean...

they'll start calling me a maggot too? Lol...

ragingbull.altavista.com
ragingbull.altavista.com

I guess I never stopped to think that
some of the lurkers on this thread are
big time posters on RB...

I think I'm going to register on
RB as "maggot2"

If they keep lurking here maybe
they'll learn some manners. Ya think? lol

Good morning Jim,

One thing I'd like regulators to fix on both the NASDAQ and OTCBB is the timeliness and completeness of insider buying and selling.

Many times, it is very tough for me to tell from Yahoo and from the registration statements exactly when they sold, if they even did. And usually that info is available too late to help make informed buying/selling decisions.

I think I read somewhere that there were plans to tighten down the insider activity reporting requirements, but I'm not sure where that stands.
