Rick, here is the text of the email alert: "July 21, 2000 SELL Alert Current Price $7.88 We originally recommended New Brunswick Scientific at $6.98 on August 1, 1999. While the stock was a participant in the biotech rally earlier in the year it still hasn't fully recovered. We are using this opportunity to issue a sell recommendation. Our portfolio will be recording a sale as of today at $7.88, a 12.9% increase in value. We will continue to follow the company and will issue a new recommendation when merited." The date stamp on my email alert was Sat 7/22/00 7:23 AM, but our corporate email has been know to assign date stamps of a much later time that the original transmission. I down that Warren Beck hit the "send" button on his PC at 7:23 AM on a Saturday morning. Marc
