Mark,
Many thanks as usual for the continued report on pricing. There are some other indicators that pricing is going to get tough during this quarter. Parts availability is still weighing on the desktop segment and that has caused some channel stuffing according to Trend Focus. I guess its our normal Summer doldrums period aided and abetted by a shortage in MPUs.

Have you seen this info about a shortage in disk drives ? Does it make sense ? It was first posted on the Yahoo WDC board.

Thanks for the dd price report. I also have read about a slowdown in PC sales. So I really don't know what to believe.
