In general, there haven't been too many surprises. Anything remotely associated with bandwidth, connectivity or wireless is doing well, and anything remotely associated with Big Iron is stinking up the joint. Moving on to telecom, it is clear that data and wireless are still the big stories, and that this won’t be changing during our lifetimes. SBC Communications Inc. {SBC}, for example, added half a billion dollars in data revenue this quarter, and about $300 million in wireless revenue. And in a move that should scare the pants off of Mike Armstrong over at AT&T Corp. {T}, SBC Communications said that it had attracted 150,000 long-distance customers in the first eight days that service was made available in Texas. AccessTel, a CLEC and Wireless company, is RM-ing into SHPS . The full inside DD is here: imcadvisors.com SHPS is said to be about a week away from starting the PR's making known publicly known Dr. Lee's relationship with them, who's considered the "Father of Wireless", and their alliance with a NASDAQ Company going into China, and their funding/board of directors, name/cusip change.
