In the murphy weekly call to newsletter subscribers he indicated a 10% nasdaq decline was max we would get. Hes calling this the summer slump thru labor day. And then off to the races. But he could start recommending buying stocks as early as this week. I strongly believe first buys will be semis--amat,lsi and tsm. I have followed him for some time now. I am guessing old bottoms will hold in amat in low 70s, lsi at or around 40 and tsm 28 or so. I have orders in at these levels. I am long amat and lsi and these additional buys would be for a 70-90 and 40-60 run respectively. I will put sells in as soon as these stocks are bought. TSM would be an initial position and i will hold longer term. That stock fell apart do to China situation + fear of earthquakes and some taiwan accounting issues so it has sunk much further.
