Hi Peter: Don't know which front cover you're talking about as the word OUTSTANDING doesn't appear at all on any of the first several pages. Can't imagine that it would be something so trivial although the fact that after complaining bitterly about Winspear's information releases, DeB in their usual ARROGANT attitude tells us absolutely nothing, Nada, Zilch about what they're talking about. Like Shakespeare's man, Falstaffe I think......." methinks he doth protest too much". The writing is on the wall DeBeers just doesn't want to admit that this is one take over that's SNAFU. If you're too young to recognize that ask a GI from WWII era.
