rmbs patents were granted in fall of 1999 and couldn't be enforced till then. rmbs patented sdram in 1990. well before any conferences by the drammuri. rmbs attended a conference and walked after finding out they wanted rmbs ip for free. rmbs is now down to 89 7/8. a buy point has been reached again. the short posistion is huge and firms the bottom nicely. how would you like to be short and have nec sign a license agreement for ddr and sdram? rocky
