Ms. Infante: The divide and conquer strategy will work best with the small and mid sized segment. All the current partners along with your sales force are going after the low hanging fruit. You need mid market impact. It will help smooth out the numbers quarter to quarter and build a solid service revenue base. I know you know this as a fact, but it takes an unorthodox approach to achieve it IMO. When Mr. Wright rolled out the telemarketing group, I realized he was not right for the business.
