I believe you are thinking of the BTB for semiconductors; they stopped publishing that in '97 or '98. The BTB for the equipment sector is still published on a monthly basis.

TraderGreg, an 18% drop in four days is normal volatility in this sector. It is not a result of the book-to-bill, because that report didn't come out until Thursday afternoon, and four days have not passed since then.
