Insight on UIS. Like a lot of similar stocks it's hammered down so low it's hard to believe it can go any lower. It's down to liquidation levels now, book value. IFMX, LOR and NOVL are others I like for bottom-feeding bargain-hunters. But I'd also buy LU, NOK, WCOM and T. Momentum selling has puished all of these stocks into hard-to-believe bargain range. Interest rate hike fears my ass. No Fed has ever raised before an election. Actually it did happen ocne about 50 years ago. But extremely unlikely.
