Here's a link to Buy.com - the lowest price I've seen on the Coolpix from an in-stock vendor. Price is $489.95, less the $75 rebate from Nikon, brings your total to $414.95. Rebate form is available from Nikon website.

(click on the Coolpix 800/950 rebate offer button)

This is most definitely the best bang for the $ deal out there. The camera only ships with an 8mb card nowadays, (or maybe only at this price?), so you'll probably be investing some more dough into a bigger capacity CF. Make sure it's SanDisk!
