KFE,

Yep, Duval cost you. I really wanted him to get second and to stay in the hunt. Must be real tough out there, er except for the money, and the food, and the fact THAT YOU GET TO PLAY GOLF ALL DAY EVERYDAY.

Sorry, lost control of myself.

Cow, if you are ever in Detoit give me a pm a couple of weeks in advance and we can set up a time. You will be provided with a handgun on your arrival.

Have a good one all. Got to go get in 9 now.

TH

Thanks Ken. If I ever get up that way I'll definitely look you up. Been so busy this past week I hadn't logged on to the thread and didn't even know I was in that good a position. Missed my opportunity to rag everybody about the ole homeboy (Roberts) having another good major. That man can putt his ball. Tiger is devastating! The other top players are going to have to find some more game or we're all going to end up pulling against Tiger because he's making golf telecasts boring.

tc :-)
ps: I did notice my buddy Mark finished strong..LOL!
From first to last...is that a record elfoldo or what?

I really enjoyed the view from atop the leader board after round 3-- but fame is fleeting and I offer my congratulations to Cow. Well Done!
Thanks again to KFE for running the contest.
By the way- I played with someone today that mentioned that electric carts WERE being used on Bethpage Black and Green.I too,am not able to walk a course as physically demanding as The Black - so i hope this rumor is true.
Someone asked about Arthur Hills courses the other day. I have played Colonial Springs in N. Farmingdale,N.Y.While it is not a long course- its rolling hills,fairway-wide bunkers and strategically placed traps(which i understand is very typical of Hills' design) makes for a challenging round.
