Is TECHNOLOGY INVESTOR on-line? Would you mind terribly listing the other 23 stocks that are in the same league as SNDK, insofar as beating earnings estimates is concerned?

Was there ever a dollar amount to the Laxar patent infringment loss, or any idea on damages Lexar will pay if patent nullification is also lost
IE---how much can SNDK stand to recoup on technology "stolen" by Lexar------must be some dollar amount to damages
would hate to see them just make Lexar start to pay royalties w/o back pay
