Yes, that's the accurate scenario. There are upgrades, additional apps modules (such as marketing and partner relationship management to be added to initial purchases of sales force automation and call center apps) and additional channel-based modules. The additional business existing customers transact above and beyond their initial transactions show the high cost of switching as well as the value proposition those additional products offer.
