From the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China: "Chinese silver imports (43,540,619 grams) were 172.5% greater in the Jan-Jun 2000 period over the Jan-Jun 1999 period. "Chinese silver exports (34,487,926 grams) were 43.5% less in the Jan-June 2000 period over the Jan-June 1999 period."
