Weighing in, I'll tell you who I DO think knows what is going on: COMS. And, like Mr. Mark (who's holding long, I think!), I trust that they NOW have their shareholders best interest in mind. Why? because the relationship between COMS and the investment community has been awful for the last couple of years. COMS has to repair this relationship, or it won't make any difference how good they are doing. The first step towards this relationship repair was spinning off PALM, second was selling off their deadwood and initiating a strategy to enter aggressively growing markets, and third, I believe, will be how they influence their stock price after this coming Friday.

So, I think COMS has a definite strategy for repurchasing its shares, and I bet they buy them very low. I will be watching because I'd love to buy this stock anywhere around 10, then forget it for about a year or so. Other than investing in SUNW, I believe this is as close to a safe strategy as one can find in the tech sector.

Any comments?
