Dear Gus: You are fairly new to this thread, if you go back a ways you may find that I was among the first to label the "shark" a minnow. I dont wish to argue about SUNW here anymore, as first off its not fair to the EMC people who have no interest at all in SUNW and secondly I feel both companies will do quite well. The wonderful thing about this "WEB" growth is one doesnt have to be destroyed for the other to win. Business for all. But, as to the storage, the "purple" which is what they questioned Scott about had only been introduced 3 weeks before the end of the qtr. or something like that, it was inappropriate to comment on its operations before it even gets a chance to be installed. There is no doubt it will be a viable product, even EMC in their last CC called it their only competition. But that doesnt mean for a moment EMC will not meet or exceed their target sales goals, IMHO. JDN
