Michael, you are correct that semiconductor cycles are not always of the same depth and duration. In fact, I would go so far as to say that they are SELDOM of the same depth and duration.

If the current rate of bookings growth continues, then the semi equip stocks should do OK, as the P/Es are not out of line from past cycles, and compared to the rest of the NASDAQ, they are downright bargains.
