I've been doing a little dumpster diving this weekend and I found a few interesting items:
CNC currently around $8 PO $12, stop at 5 or 4.25 depending on your taste.

TIE currently at 5 1/4 PO of $8, stop at 3 or 4 depending on taste.

GSTRF currently around $8, PO of 21 1/2, stop at 7. This was a Gilder stock before, and still is as far as I know. Great risk to reward here!

RS is sell and in O's for each of these, but if dumpster diving is your thing I think these are good candidates.

I even snagged a low-quality grub with this post.

I do not think the question is that it is short, so much, it's more that it puts a premium on skillful shots.

Well, I suppose it is short for a pro, not me. But the issue that my old club pro friend tried to make with me was that one did not need a driver more because the course was to be played with positioning in mind. He could break par there but generally used 3 woods, in a time when graphite shafts were decades in the future.

I used to hear stories that the members would make bets with you before you went out....if you were a ten handicap, for example, they would bet you that you would not break 90. The course is just that hard. Not long, so much, just downright hard. Another remark my brother made to me once is that the traps are not raked. This is evidently because it would take the Chinese Army to rake them.

The entire course is a sandtrap, from the way I understand it.
