Dear Jim: the only person who would knock COSTCO is someone unfamilar with them. I shop there for anything they sell that I want. Prices great, product support exceptional. You can return ANYTHING within 30 days and get a full refund. Heck, I took a tire back that got a nick in the casing after 6 mos and they replaced it. As to computers, the only draw back is you get exactly what they sell. No opportunity to add or deduct equipment. OK for you techies out there who can field strip a computer in 10 minutes (gg) but for people like myself who have to hire it done it can be expensive if you cant buy just what you want. JDN
