As indicated, the net cash outgo would be around $4700 plus commissions on 10 contracts. Margin requirement on the short 25 strike puts would be (depending on your broker) 20% of the underlying or 5000 plus the premium, 6750, for a total required margin of $11,750.

AFAIK.

Plus of course the ability to write naked options.

I should mention that EFII has roughly $8 per share of cash and short term investments on the balance sheet, a current ratio of 8:1, and has instituted a stock buyback program which is partially complete.
