>>Now,what happened to KLIC happened to any number of stocks last week,<<

This obvious statement being true, is it likely that the sell off is over? Another week like last week and we will down to a PE of 6 or 7.

Could nervous come to the conclusion that earnings are so so good that they couldn't get any better, so I best sell now. Market tops are tough to anticipate unless you use Ian's proven method of looking back two years and saying to yourself "thats where I should have sold".

Its been a lively week end on these threads proving that most of us have failed to get a life in spite of redundant vows to do otherwise.

Sure beats talking to ones relatives.

We are closer to a bottom than a top and may all wind up being value investors, while we try to convince our friends that we invest only in growth stocks.

Interesting week coming up.

Regards, Jerome

The only comparisons I made between KLIC and AFCI were that they are equities, they are traded in a stock market, and they experienced price declines last week.

Therefore, it was INDEED a valid comparison: both are equities, both are traded in a stock market, and both experienced price declines last week.

Keep it simple.
