Hi Dawnie
I just can't imagine Coonzie cooking any better than he jokes. Just can't be!
But if you're talking about oysters just let me tell you how its done in the northwest.

We go to the beach at low tide. And there they are. Just sittin' there looking like little oatmeal cookies - just kinda plump and round (Tim knows what I mean). Anyway, you just lean over, pick 'em up and take'em back to the boat.
Fire up the BBQ, put them on and when they pop open, take off the top shell, top with a little salsa, hot sauce and shredded cheddar, close the lid on the barbie till it all melts, open up .... and.... enjoy. Oh boy.
Heaven, I'm in heaven. Isn't there a song like that??
Now, this doesn't mean that I'm not amenable to trying them
New Orleans style. Just give me the chance. <vbg>

Hope you guys have a real nice weekend.

Love,
Rose

Hi Dawn!!

Did you teach your husband how to golf yet? While your at it, teach Coonzie too. He needs to hit a few as far as you and Boom Boom do!<vbg>

I hope you both are having the time of your lives. Get Coonaz smiling and make sure he starts posting again. We miss all of his stories!!

I wish I was there sharing the Shrimp with you. They sound delicious. Say hi to Danny for me.
