Bombardier Regional Aircraft Sets All-Time Sales Record

FARNBOROUGH, UK--JULY 24, 2000-- At the Farnborough Air Show, Bombardier Aerospace
announced 142 firm orders worth US$3.1 billion (Cdn.$4.3 billion)
for its existing regional aircraft programs and an additional 34

"These outstanding sales figures once again prove that
Bombardier's regional aircraft are clearly the first choice among
airlines," said Steven A. Ridolfi, president of Bombardier
Aerospace, Regional Aircraft. "We have been the market leader
since the beginning. We are determined to continue that
leadership. We will continue to respond to market demand and have
the right aircraft available at the right time. The success of
our business is ample evidence that we are responding to the
market's requirements."
