Ok so lets talk wine then. How many bottles do you keep in storage? Do you have a wine cellar with natural cooling or a storage unit with controlled cooling?

I'm looking at several different models, some from The Wine Enthusiast and some others. I'd like to keep about 200 bottles on hand including some Vintage Ports which are 94 & '97's and I'd like to keep them about 10yrs. Any suggestions.

Another idea I have is to insulate and seal up a closet and build a rack and install a cooler/humidifier. This might be less expensive but I'm also not sure how much longer I'm staying in this house. In Texas though there's no way to get a basement or cellar without a huge expense.
