Intel has been investigated AT LENGTH by the FTC TWICE in the past decade and the FTC determined that Intel was squeaky clean in its business practices.

That is true. It is purely coincidental that Intel decided to open a facility in Utah during the time that Senator Hatch was investigating them. I believe that you described this as "politics at it's worst". ;^))

And then there was that famous tennis match between Intel's lead counsel and the head of the FTC, the day before the FTC dropped the case.

what about dec deal, not to mention others? And BTW dumping laws are only inforced on foreign companies.
