Roger Neal started representing Netgain, NTGN, on Friday. So that makes 4 clients, all on the BB: ZERO, PWEB, CCCX, and NTGN.

Here's a link to click to generate all the recent news releases featuring Mr. Neal:
search.news.yahoo.com

NTGN has 19 M shares out, market cap of about $75 M.

Pretty typical story ... a shell, reverse merger May 1999, it went out and looked for internet company acquisitions.

Looks like dozens of form 144's were filed in the last month.

CEO is Andreas Typaldos. Was formerly CEO of Elligent Consulting group, ECGR, and is named with ECGR in some class action suits. There have been a number of civil suits filed in federal court against Andreas and a related party named Elias Typaldos. Elias is also a director of NTGN. Elias was earlier the founder of Computron Software, CFW. and was CEO until he was apparently terminated a few years ago. Here's a list of federal civil cases involving Andreas:

Re: Gambler2010 does a Pugs and posts to herself using two aliases

After I exposed Gambler2010 for being a possible shill, along comes "humblelovable" to prove it:

I'm a new investor in CCCX. Bought Friday at slightly under $3.00. In case you're confused by jammin's post, let me symplfy it for you.And thank you for pointing out how valuable our 58,000 tons of zeolite is.

...

Gambler, If you'e out there and really know Karl Jacobs. I say we find Karl Jacobs and award him a PHD. From now on it's Dr. Jacobs for me. At $3.00, debt free, projected earnings of .71, huge assets for a startup, many other cutting edge products, CCCX is the best by out there. Isn't it good to find a company with smart management that keeps us informed???

etc.

ragingbull.altavista.com

So, is Gambler2010 out there and does "she" have anything to add about giving CEO Jacobs a PHD? Well, sort of:

humbleloveable,
I know Karl Jacobs well. Pretty common likeable guy. I think he might like an honary PHD. Ask him: His e-mail address is kjacobs@combinary2000.com. I talked to him today about industries and areas of focus. He will notify us all at the same time. Says more news coming this week. Sorry I don't have a scoop. Maybe you can get one.

He did say he is focused on building a big company with real earning, not on daily price of the stock. That will take care of itsself shortly. I believe him. He is on a mission.

ragingbull.altavista.com

I say "sort of", because, yes, the post was addressed to humblelovable, and, yes, the author did respond to the questions posed to Gambler2010. The problem is, humblelovable forgot to switch aliases and posted that to "herself"! Oops! Tsk Tsk. Another shill exposed. Let's hope the shill isn't good ol' boy/CEO Karl or someone he really does know quite well.

- Jeff

P.S. Let's not forgot that Gambler2010 has also claimed to have made money on ZERO and other Roger Neal stocks.

"Zeolite" seems to be a wide class of minerals. I found a company that sells whatever kind of zeolite powder of other material you like. They process it various ways.

Seems to me that there's no easy way to value the stuff. There's no reason to believe the value to it, as reported by the company.

Judging from the audio interview with the CEO, the "acquisition" (really a purchase, using common stock) of the stuff by CCCX appears to be a way of trying to create an asset for the balance sheet, so that they can try to qualify for a stock listing on a better exchange.

This seems to be a curious substitute for a private placement. Usually a company sells its stock in return for cash, in order to boost its net worth and its cash too. CCCX, however, sells it in return for powder.

I would speculate that they were unable to find anybody to do a private placement for cash, and this was the best scheme that they could hatch up.
