When the dust finally clears, you can blame it on Mr. James B. himself

Was talking with my neighbor yesterday and it reminded me of a story.

4 or 5 years ago we decided to have an in-ground pool put in. Went to city hall and they said no you can't. Your house is located in a flood plane.

Ooops..... My wife being stubborn made a few phone calls. She eventually found that the government had paid for a study on the effects of a flood on an inground pool. It turns out that if there is a flood, your inground pool will simply have more water in it.

Government never ceases to amaze me......
