Right. They (JDSU) are capacity restrained right now. I doubt NT could get all they wanted out of their unit and whatever GLW can supply. Or whether they even manufacture the full range oft products that NT needs.

In any event, JDSU could probably fill in that 16% demand quite quickly.

Not so strong as to stop Cramer from saying dumb things. Concerns in the industry are likely to be in the opposite direction--i.e., LU et al. will not be happy if such a transaction allows NT to hog Corning product.
