That never even crossed my mind.

And I agree on the jerks, and slow play, which drives me crazy. My club only has about 120 members, and only about 40-50 that play regularly. I've never made a tee time, during the week it's rare to have more than 10 folks on the course at the same time (except Friday afternoons). 3 1/2 hours is a long round for a foursome, most times we are close to 3 hours.

When I play public courses now, I feel like I have to pack an over-night bag. In-season in Florida, you get a lot of folks that only play two or three times a year, and a five and 1/2 hour round is not uncommon.
