Back on GLW on this weakness on NT deal. . . which is mostly misunderstood. Most think that NT is selling a big chunk to GLW. . . their optical division. . . so NT would be the one selling and GLW would be the suitor. . . Not true. .. the way it works is that GLW would be paying more than half its shares to NT. . .which is essentially a takeover of GLW. by NT. . . LQID cut a nice deal today. . .Still on MCOM. . . LPTH, MRVC and other Optical Broadband issues getting a little boost by GLW/NT news. . JDSU, STLW, SDLI, CIEN, etc. Rande Is
