Carl,

Hi Dave B; Try 2Gb of RDRAM...

Unless you know something different, the specs in the article said GB. However, I'd probably bet that you're correct and that the article is incorrect. Especially since the bandwidth numbers are incorrect.

CPU 128Bit "EmotionEngine(TM)" x 16
System Clock Frequency 294.912MHz
Main Memory Direct RDRAM
Memory Size 2GB (128MB x 16)
Memory Bus Bandwidth 50.3GB/s (3.1GB/s x 16)
Floating Point Performance 97.5GFLOPS (6.1GFLOPS x 16)
3D CG Geometric Transformation 1.04Gpolygons/s (65Mpolygons/s x 16)

Dave

Carl, it is 2GB of RDRAM. This is where RDRAM proves itself to be more cost effective - where multiple channels are employed.

Try designing 16 or 32 channels of DDR into a product! It is difficult enough to get one channel of DDR working, as we are seeing with current product difficulties.
