I hope you had good luck. My hearing went well, though the judge took it under submission. I must say my favorite part was when he asked about prior proceedings in this old case. I was sub'ed in in mid to late 1994, so I commented that some of the events had taken place that year before I was involved. The judge looked and me and smiled and said You were still in law school then... I laughed and said that was the nicest thing anyone had said to me all month. There were audible giggles from the gallery.... M
