Sounds to me like the lawyers got together before the court started and the real negotiating is now under way in a back room somewhere. Look for DeBeers to make a sweetheart deal with the insiders while the shareholders get a second "higher" offer to get them out of the way. An offer that DeBeers and the insiders both make a profit on. Just hope some big crumbs fall off the table onto the floor where the little stock holders all live. BTW James, where you ever called "Football Flannigan?"
