Matt, I have a DSL line. 1.5MB/sec. Install was nightmare. Wife took three days off from work over a period of a month and the tech never showed. The excuse was that noone was home which wasn't true since my wife called me all day to let me know that noone had showed up. The thing about my line is.....it's not that fast. Even though it is 1.5 line speed the DSL providers don't have their own BB infrastructure. They send you out into the big bad Internet on your own. ATHM has their own from sub to content provider. They control the whole thing. I'm not implying that it is a trivial thing to control the quality of service. The last mile is the problem. What I am implying is that ATHM is light years ahead of anyone else in being able to control the quality of service. They can make it a service differenciator (SP?). I believe they are doing that. KB
