Full credit for the implications of the LLY patent should go to Robert. I find it interesting and important but reiterate that LLY has released no data and has not yet filed a BLA. BPI was not tested with Protein C in the trial nor does LLY claim it was used to support the patent application. It will IMO be many, many years before any joint product would actually come to market. IMO at least ten, even if threeway talks began today. True the announcement that talks were held, which will only come if they are successful would propel the stock up, but look at Mycoprex which has been in partnership talks for many years and all we know if they probably are continuing and close to an agreement.

Cacaito, since you were the most negative most recently I pose this question to you. You are a clear thinker and I DO very much respect you views. I do not wish to adulterate you answer by providing clues to my thinking.
The question is>>>
Why do you think zovant is more effective than bpi?

>this is a serious question, and I will respect your answer.

You stated>>>>>>>>The major adavantage of the mixed product is that it could extend patent protection years.<<<<
What am I missing??? You mean to tell me one would pick more expensive mixed product instead of simply using generic unmixed products???? Hey, at least you have George biting. He thinks it is compelling concept. What am I missing???
