Yes, a 10% tax rate on neog as it qualifies under the following:

Noncorporate taxpayers are allowed a 50% exclusion under Section 1202(a) which provides for an exclusion of 50% gain on the disposition of qualified small business stock (QSBS) issued after August 10, 1993 and held over 5 years. See code section 1(h)(8).
