I think that if 3899 does not hold on Comp my objective would be 3582 the 6/4 gap opening, however it all now boils down to the next few releases of the economic data the ECI that I expect to be around 1 and GDP growth and GDP deflator these two figures will set the technical tone of the market, naturally if we have surprises the move forward on base of that big gap of 6/4 can be suspect..

The point on QQQ at 94 is important this is nealry the 100 days mA also for that NDX/ Comp gap of 5/1 to fill we need this test of 3899 on Comp that will fill NDX Comp 5/1 4/28 smaller gap, this retracement overall has to be seen in context of the move from 3100 on Comp and this 3940-60 area has been a great support and resistance a lot of time we had several breaks around this area and several pull backs from this 3940-60 close on Comp, but overall trend remains positive .. IIX and SOX for me are indexes to watch if we maintain this 804 on IIX and 998 on SOX the trend remains solidly positive, in case we break the comp 3940, IIX 504 and SOX 998 we will see the move to 3582 on Comp in no time within this week that will be on the heels of some surprisingly strong numbers that I do not expect..

SPX 1455 is a solid support or on sept contract 1472-75 we should see this being held although a single day break is possible but if we see two closes below these numbers the selling will be quite steep. thanks and best regards to everyone..
