so here I sit, waiting to strike. I hear ya... Tough not to want to nibble at these prices. Hard to explain what exactly is going on, but I don't believe it would be anything particularly serious. I certainly can't imagine anything more serious than demoting the founder of the company to a non-managerial position, which this company has already done. Someone really wants the stock at a major discount, either the mmkrs or some major limit order. I guess that lessens the risk premium, although I would have to believe the risk has seriously decreased, as you note, and the future is prosperous. Regards, Ron
