Great SHPS, Post from RB!

Anyone who comes in here and posts things like "it's up 400-500%, bound to be a profit taking dip" has not done their DD here. First off, consider who might have been buying when this was .40 and under. Longs. Longs who had been here for a long time.
Most of those longs were first buying this stock last year when it opened trading at $4, and went up to $6 (FG and I have a little running deal here about which of us bought shares at the highest price, lol). Then we saw the stock start tanking slowly, were supporting it at $4, then $3, then $2, then $1.... it then went back over $2, in fact right about here. Then tanked to $1, then 7/8ths, then .40's, then to the bottom, around .20
At that point, we were a number of investors here who had just been burnt by a crooked couple of thieves who sold us on SHPS being more than it was. Hey, this was a shell, and the longs got together and started averaging down, most have now just went into the green here since holding RED for the past 6-9 months.
Now, if this were shopss.com still, me being in the green, you could bet your shares I'd be taking any profit I could get and just be grateful to have not lost! However, it's not shopss.com, SHPS is dead, this was a shell, and now it's becoming Access Tel.
I have been investing in the OTC for quite a while now, and have been in a number of really great RM's, but nothing, none of them, compares to the potential that Access Tel has, neither does anything else I might buy at ~$2 on the OTC. Access Tel has it all: JV's with 'big hitters," funding in the dollars (it's laughable that we are even talking about profit taking below $5), founders who are in the top of their fields, with Chinese and Asian connections and liscences. Access Tel is in the hottest sector (telecom), with the hottest technology (3G), and the most lucrative business (VoIP)-- they are in everything that will be acheiving the most tremendous valuations this investing cycle. And you think I'm selling in July just because I bought some shares at sub .40!! No way, in fact I bought more today.
The float-O/S here is sucked dry by the longs, and has been since $1. In fact, we know for a fact that Herzog went short on this under .50 We know that WEIN was selling short today, and we know that ALEX and a few other short-posse OTC MM's showed up out of the blue sitting on the ask the other day at $1 selling shares they never bought (won't their balance sheet at the end of the month have a treat for them in waiting).
Think about this, most of you who have bought this week have bought naked shares. And most of those who will buy this week are buying naked shares. We know that, so why sell the legit shares now?
I'll wait for the RM to be completed, the symbol and name change to occur, and for the full business plan with the acquisitions, joint ventures, contracts, and strategic alliances to come out that are hinted at in the PR's and Stuart's business profile, completing the picture here, achieving a full valuation.
This stock, Access Tel, is going into the double digits and yea, I'll cover my costs there. But exiting the position now is not a factor for me, I've got the whole fall and winter tech run-up waiting on my load of shares here. |
