When a person says: "I'm getting old now... I'm too old for this... I'm too old for that... Act your age... Why don't you grow up?... In my younger years... etc., etc., etc." They have lost the ability to grow and have finally fallen prey to the programmers that hover about them like salivating vultures eager to devour their flesh and digest them into the current culture and revered traditions that only continue on because they make so many feel protected from the Great Unknown. The vast majority of people who become "adults" have really become gray, almost lifeless people who have given up on their dreams and sometimes are preparing (as early as their late 30s) to die...
