If they are still in a quiet period at the time of the cc>> well, it may not be their choice... if the sec hasn't given them the go-ahead, it's not like they can just choose to do the pr before the cc.... i could be wrong, but i don't think they would do it the day of the cc... so, if it isn't done over the next 2 days, we'll likely see it next week.... as for me, not being able to expound on the luminent situation for one more week is not that big of an issue... i'm patient.
