It is the quiet period that is a killer.

All kidding a side, Noam
should be able to tell us what's going on during the CC:
If the SEC asks for some more i's dotted and t's crossed...OK.
There is a ton of things we would love to hear. Ceo, any new contracts, possible time frame for other IPO's, etc.
We wouldn't get to 460 by this Friday. (g)
Me thinks a conservative estimate might be 98.
Just one negative person's opinion.

Just looked at today's block trades.
I don't think I have seen this many for years in MRV.
A lot of selling today but still time for them to buy back.

You sound far more experienced than I on the IPO scene. I wouldn't be as concerned if the management didn't have the history that I've seen and watched the stock gyrate through as you must be familiar with as well. As the stock is now in a great upswing, not based on current revenue and earnings growth, but because they have some technology to spin off in a red-hot sector, I believe the IPO needs to go off without a hitch for the price to remain at it's current level or higher. Believe me, I hope it goes off smoothly, but let's just say I'm not at the 90% confidence interval.
