I'm no legal expert but I would not think it is possible. SEC stopped this from trading for a reason. I think all trades has to go thru SEC approved channels.

I suspect you could sell your mother-in-law if there were any takers. <g>

As for my VARL stock, I may ask for certificates and use them to re-paper my guest bath.
