George, in medicine combo products???? How are you going to customize a combo for each individual patient???? How would you titrate the doses for each circumstance???? What about manufacturing nightmare??? What about mixture compatibility???? What would be the advantage???? Obviously I don't see any compelling reason for MOST medicines to be packaged or in physical mixture in combo together before administration!!!! Now using them WITH each other is another story and different definition of COMBO!!! Once again did some use BPI in combo with antibiotics or combo with Protein C if they are approved???? I would think that for patent to hold up one would have to definitely show BPI was used to boost Protein C AND FOR NO OTHER REASON!!!! One more thing.....seems to me is all you would have to do is change the treatment protocol as defined by LLY only slightly to scoot around LLY's now famous pathetic.......oops, I mean prophetic patent??? Only my opinions.
