Jozef... >>Threaten people with lawsuits?<<

Are you senile? Threaten people with what lawsuits? Get you head on straight, go back and read all of my posts and come back with something intelligent... like showing where I ever threatened anyone with a lawsuit. OT... Do you need glasses or do you just have a problem with comprehension?

Re: Is this the best you can do in defense of Rambus? Threaten people with lawsuits?

If people intentionally make false and materially damaging statements about RAMBus, it is perfectly legitimate to sic the lawyers. On the other hand, pointing out that most benchmarks show RDRAM to be an abject failure on boosting the performance of most existing applications and declaring one's opinion that RAMBus's business "strategy" of extracting money from products to which the company contributed absolutely nothing a scam-- especially given the very devious casting of a six-month royalty agreement as some sort of evidence that this activity was successful-- is entirely legitimate.
