If people intentionally make false and materially damaging statements about RAMBus, it is perfectly legitimate to sic the lawyers. On the other hand, pointing out that most benchmarks show RDRAM to be an abject failure on boosting the performance of most existing applications and declaring one's opinion that RAMBus's business "strategy" of extracting money from products to which the company contributed absolutely nothing a scam-- especially given the very devious casting of a six-month royalty agreement as some sort of evidence that this activity was successful-- is entirely legitimate. -Eric
