Jozef... Either you are dumber than dirt or you don't understand English. There is nothing mentioned about making any threats. What was mentioned is that when you make reckless and libelous statements about a person or a company then you must accept the consequences of your remarks if you can't back them up. That is not a threat... that is a fact of law. Kind of like... Don't yell fire in a crowded theater... it's illegal. Only you, and you alone, are responsible for the words that you spew from your mouth.. no one else! If one doesn't understand this then he/she should keep his/her mouth shut.
