Jeff, your boundless naivete and "trust" in Luke
defies all reasoning in light of this company's
machinations. To take a company private there must be
something to take. There is nothing to take. NUOA
is not a going concern. If the hotels were in NUOA/Oasis
control and generating dollars we would know.
A far more likely scenario IMO is a chapter 11 followed
by the "creditors" ie insiders taking quiet control
of the remains of this mess.
