Am just catching up on this thread, so apologize if this has already been discussed.

The 100 million whatever ($ or shares) has to be a holding number. No way is 10% of QCOM (the IPO amount mentioned) worth only $1 billion. The real interesting number will be when Lehman and GS set the IPO price.

What this price will be is an interesting topic for future speculation.
